Hayden Dyson is a Texas trial attorney with Gilman & Allison, LLP whose practice focuses on personal injury, complex commercial litigation, and maritime law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters ranging from serious injury claims to complex business and maritime disputes.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Hayden clerked with Gilman & Allison for two years while in law school, gaining hands-on experience working alongside the firm’s attorneys on personal injury, maritime, and complex commercial matters.
Hayden earned his undergraduate degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he developed a strong foundation in business and economics. He later earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he developed his skills in litigation, legal research, and advocacy.
At Gilman & Allison, Hayden works on matters involving serious personal injuries, maritime and offshore accidents, commercial disputes, and other complex litigation. His business education provides a strong foundation for analyzing the financial, operational, and legal issues that often arise in complex litigation.
Outside of his legal practice, Hayden enjoys fishing, hunting, and sailing and is a proud supporter of the Fightin’ Texas Aggies, especially during football season. He is also actively involved in his community and enjoys volunteering with Special Olympics Texas.
